Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:

9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

Solo Hourly Pay: $25.00 or more per hour based on route

Overtime Pay: $37.50 or more per hour

Salary is per driver not per truck.

Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per week

High school education or equivalent.

At least 2 years' experience driving a CDL vehicle.

Ability to meet all company standards and DOT requirements for vehicles and drivers.

Ability to pass 40 hour surface apprentice class/ certification.

Straight truck, box trailer and tanker experience a plus.

Previous pallet jack experience a plus.

To follow appropriate procedures for transporting hazard materials according to Arxada policy and DOT requirements.

Ensure equipment maintenance and all safety equipment is up to date as required by Arxada and DOT.

HS grad or GED preferred

3 Years or more as an over the road driver

Knowledge of all applicable DOT Regulations and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

Acceptable background investigation results. Physical Requirements:

Transport and deliver freight over the road over long distances in a safe, efficient, timely, and legal manner.

Hook and unhook trailers; secure freight; install and remove tire chains as required by the weather.

Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain records required under state and federal laws and regulations.

Ensure that all operations are in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ELD DEVICES

Drivers must be age 21 or over

Have a valid Class A Drivers License

Have a history of good driving during the past 3 years

Pass a criminal background check ( we are background friendly, and handle each case on a case by case basis)

MUST UNDERSTAND THE HOS (HOURS OF SERVICE) SET BY FMCSA REGULATION'S

2-4 years prior experience as an analyst in a management consulting setting

Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge and create documentation
