Description:

The Organizational Development and Learning Consultant is responsible for:

• Proactively assesses, designs, develops and delivers all aspects of organizational development interventions for teams/departments/organization by bringing key stakeholders together to assess causes and gaps.
• Innovates, designs, and delivers system-wide leadership development programs and initiatives.
• Local travel as needed and may work varied hours/days as necessary to provide service delivery at hospitals and facilities.
• Works to improve engagement and retention throughout BayCare by analyzing root causes and developing action plans to positively impact these critical areas.
• High-level needs assessment, design, development, and delivering organizational learning solutions, programs, and projects in support of BayCare organizational goals.
• This position also performs leader and team assessments to improve team effectiveness, leader coaching and consulting, appreciative inquiry, focus groups, program management/coordination, and supports the performance management process and development planning.

Qualifications:

Preferred Certification & Licensure:

• Personality Assessment tools, training and delivery certifications, training vendor certifications, instructional design, Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD), educational progress toward recognized coaching certifications such as International Coach Federation (ICF), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Learning and Development or Organizational Development certificate.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's in Business, Psychology, Adult Education, learning, training or development or Related Field.

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development

Preferred Experience:

• Healthcare or related/technical industry.
