Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We have multiple openings for Order Specialists in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a remote full time position.

As an Order Specialist you will act as the upfront order process expert collaborating our sales with the submission of customer requests into various system interfaces. This position is held accountable for assisting with the resolution of customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. This position has independent authority to escalate to whatever level necessary to expeditiously resolve customer complaints. Problems faced can be difficult but not complex. : Gather key order specifications, establish order requirements, submit orders, and determine if network and voice service orders are complete and ready to move to the next stage for processing. Review all systems to ensure all elements of the order are captured accurately and consistent from database to database. Collaborate with customer, sales, network, and operations to create a workflow and timeline.



JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

● Order validation from a technical deliverables point of view.

● Coordination with the Order management or Account teams for insufficient issues.

● Escalate through the right channels and process to ensure accountability on deliverables.

● To meet or exceed all delivery targets such as time lines, right first time activities.



Qualification

● Minimum 1 year of Customer service/Call Center

● Minimum 6 months of Telecom experience.

● Must have good reading and analytical/problem solving capabilities.

● Must be computer literate with basic understanding of connecting cables/USB functionalities.

● Demonstrates knowledge of the business and applicable operational platforms.



EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma required

● High commitment to report and work at scheduled shift time and staying in communication with Supervisor/Team Lead at all times.

● Must be able to react quickly and proactively in a rapidly changing and dynamic work environment.

● Must be able to furnish all paperwork/documentation on background check. Background checks and documentation should be passed

● Required overtime where applicable (no exceptions)

● Must be driven and motivated to exceed individual and team goals.

● Should always maintain professional email/chat etiquettes. Professional behavior with courteous, polite, and energetic qualities.
