The Company

Ingles Markets began in 1963 as a single supermarket and has since grown into a regional grocery store chain with just under 200 retail locations operating in 6 southeastern states, a 1.6-million-square foot distribution center, two truck fleets, and a milk processing plant. Ingles Markets’ headquarters and distribution center are located just 15 minutes outside of Asheville, NC in the town of Black Mountain.

The Position

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for the critical execution of timely store order review and support, processing of critical organization daily reports and large-scale print jobs, internal mail distribution, printer support, and other administrative tasks as needed. This position will require the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Schedule:

  • Hours: 5:30am-4:30pm. Additional hours as required.
  • 4-day work week! Options are Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday.

Responsibilities:

  • Print and deliver critical organizational morning reports and large scale print jobs
  • Organize internal mail for all retail locations and Corporate & Distribution Center departments
  • Troubleshoot and maintain corporate printer fleet. Escalate and initiate service repair orders for more complex issues as needed.
  • Other administrative tasks and growth opportunities as assigned.
  • Monitor, review, and support critical store orders
