Title: Customer Service, Order Entry Specialist

Reports to: Director of Procurement

Maisons, Marques & Domaines USA, Inc. is seeking an engaged contributor to join our team as an Order Entry Specialist. We are looking for someone to bring energy and passion to the role. The role reports to the Director of Procurement. The position interacts regularly with the sales team, our distributors, and accounting.

This is afull-time, salaried position with benefits located in our Oakland office.


Job duties:

Order Entry: (~80%)

·Confirming receipt of distributor’s orders

·Recording of orders

·Emailing confirmation of orders, communication of outages and future availability

·Upload of orders to third party warehouses

·Inventory and allocation files upkeep

Logistics & Compliance; (~20%)

·Coordinate Distributor orders

·Coordinate inventory receipt with warehouses by providing suppliers shipments information

·Provide import documents to distributors Customs brokers

Other Tasks:

·Serve as backup to Sales Services Administrator

·Work closely with Sales and Inventory Accountant in reconciling inventory issues

·Assist distributors in resolving pricing/shipment issues

·Price coding by sales channels (yearly)

QUALIFICATIONS

·An Associate degree or equivalent commensurate experience

·Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

·ERP Software experience, MS Dynamics SL a plus

·Effective time management and self-accountability

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·High energy and outgoing personality

·Experience in the wine industry is preferred

·Ability to lift 40 pounds

·Ability to sit at a desk for 8 hours per day

·A minimum of 2 years of customer service and data entry experience
