BlueTriton Brands is currently seeking applicants for Blowmold Operator/Mechanic assignment to be located in our Poland Spring, Maine facility.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $35.92 per hour after 90/180 day review. Start 34.92, 90 days 35.42 and after 180 days 35.92. Night shift roles are eligible for shift differential pay of $1.00, after 6pm to 6am.
SHIFT: D Shift – 6pm to 6am - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday with alternating Saturday
Description: Blowmold machine operator/mechanic will safely operate machines and proactively troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform machine repairs.
Main job responsibilities:

• Create work orders and utilize SAP to manage PM activities.
• Perform all task safely
• Communicate with production lines with regards to machine down time, startup and changeovers
• Operate blowmolders and perform corrective actions including downtime tracking
• Perform quality checks on preforms and bottles
• Forklift experience preferred or must be willing to be trained Qualifications
• Complete maintenance work orders including inspections and repairs.
• Resolve unplanned downtime issues through standard troubleshooting processes
• Complete cleaning, inspection and lubrication activities during shift
• Perform Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Electrical Maintenance
• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance tasks
• Make adjustments and complete repairs to conveyors as necessary
• Support mechanics during preventive maintenance activities
• Work with your team to keep machines and support equipment producing quality product for downstream machine centers

Required Skills and Experience:

• Reading and use of blueprints and technical manuals.
• Understanding and use of precision measurement.
• Ability to successfully complete an online skills assessment prior to onsite interview
• Candidates must be flexible to support Business needs, able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime; and to be able to work (On Call) in emergency situations.
• Demonstrated Safe work habits.
• Using hand and specialty tools.
• Preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repair, troubleshooting using a data driven systematic approach, rebuilding equipment, lifting, rigging, lubrication.
• High volume production experience preferred
• Computer skills and ability to utilize SAP work order system.
• Motivated self-starter, self-learner with the ability to work in a team and/or independent environment. Able to work unsupervised.
• Solid background in all aspects of mechanical maintenance.
