Greenville, NC
How will you make an impact?
Support and maintain aseptic/non-aseptic manufacturing areas. This position will start off as an 8 hour shift position, but will ultimately transition into a 12 hour shift position.
What will you do:
- Perform other activities as required.
- In-process product inspection
- Maintain/clean classified and non-classified areas. This includes but is not limited to the aseptic core.
- Verify and document production activities in batch records, logbooks and controlled forms.
- Ensure pharmaceutical products are manufactured in accordance to area SOPs and current cGMP.
- Filter integrity testing
- Component/commodity prep.
- Clean pre and post use change parts and prep for sterilization.
- Participate in the On the Job (OJT) training program, area safety and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- General material handling
- Operate vial trayloaders
How will you get here?
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent minimally required.
Experience
- 1 year of regulated manufacturing experience, preferably Pharmaceutical experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Good documentation practices
- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Full range of motion in upper and lower extremities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams comprised of diverse individuals.
- Ability to manipulate (lift, carry, move) weights of 25-50 pounds; occasionally pushing and pulling 50-100+ pounds.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability and desire to learn
