Will Assist With


The Operations Specialist will assist head and assistant women’s soccer coaches on daily operations of the women’s soccer office.


  • Assist with all aspects of women’s soccer camps (approximately 5 camps).
  • Managing emails and recruiting database.
  • Serve as the liaison for the women’s soccer team in conjunction with the
  • Manage the team’s calendar of events.
  • Coordinate all aspects of team travel.
  • Oversee all aspects of video operations to include: filming and editing of games and practices; maintaining statistical library for program; handling team film exchange.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree required (4 years).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use technical electronic equipment and operation of video system software on the computer (Mac-I Movie; Sportscode Elite; Match Analysis; Tango; Instat)
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance
  • Advanced computer skills
