Control bank losses by maintaining specific assigned general ledger accounts, reconciling, resolving out of balance conditions, and providing reports for CPM purposes. Control losses by researching and resolving critical out of balance conditions as relates to Processing errors. Assist with Internal and External Audits. Assist Operations Analyst with procedural documentation and training as needed. Actively develop others, leading by example. Assist manager in daily work flow assignment, monitoring aged cases and reporting on production statistics and issues. Provides customer service support. Perform a variety of data entry and clerical duties related to maintaining records. Follow up and review requests to insure appropriate documentation is secured from clients, financial institutions and requesting agencies. Work with multiple lines of business and various systems to research, gather data and prepare reporting as requested. Maintain accurate system and process documentation. Stay current on Check Processing and Adjustment regulations, FRB Bulletins, and UMB policy. Maintain procedural documentation and training materials, as needed, to ensure compliance. Identify and escalate any risks to Management. Monitor/validate system import and export files. Other duties as assigned. Associate Degree and Four (4) years ? experience in bank operations OR Six (6) years ? experience in bank operations 2 years ? experience in general ledger reconcilement Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, managers, business partners and outside clients Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word and Outlook Demonstrates good analytical skills and strong attention to detail Demonstrates strong time management and expert problem solving skills Willing and able to oversee multiple operations and step in for management with routine tasks/requests Approachable by all levels for questions, answers and research inquiries Highly knowledgeable in Check Adjustments Practices and regulations. Demonstrates basic knowledge of accounting principles.
This position will also be responsible for the daily statement requests and quality control on Adjustments advices.

Compensation Range
Minimum $47,145.00 - Mid Point $62,895.00
