Operations Specialist Jobs

Responsibilities:

1. Handle quote inquiries and orders from online sources;

2. Respond to daily phone calls, process quotations, orders, customer complaints, business cooperation inquiries, and other specific matters;

3. Communicate between the U.S. and China office on the relevant issues, such as product details, lead time of products, logistics, etc.

4. Send out the order confirmations, invoices, and other relevant materials to customers; Prepare necessary documents for the shipments of the products;

5. Develop new customers via phone calls and emails based on the acquired sales leads and handle the supplier system applications across different institutions;

6. Maintain the industry customers in the early stage;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree preferred; biology, pharmacology or other relevant major preferred;

2. Proficient in both English and Chinese preferred;

3. Strong communication skills and responsibilities;

4. Previous working experiences preferred.
