Position Summary


FRSecure is currently seeking an Operations Project who will be responsible for the full project management cycle, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of all project engagements and professional services. This role offers an opportunity to play an integral role in supporting our clients, initiating critical communication, and collaborate with multiple teams.


Working Location: Hybrid in Edina, MN or fully remote in the United States

What Your Day Looks Like


  • Helping the client understand expectations and responsibilities
  • Providing internal process governance including file sharing, folder access management as well as ensure quality and consistent creation of all project and services engagements
  • Meeting project management metrics and KPIs
  • Acting as the project communication liaison with external and internal customers
  • Instructing and directing project and deliverables with subcontracted vendors
  • Monitoring and communicating project progress, scope, changes, budget and timeline and ensure project is delivered and closed
  • Collecting or sharing all prerequisites and project information files as well as ensuring they are stored, secured and maintained per company records and retention policies
  • Initiating newly won opportunities by facilitating customer kick-off and delivery calls, communicating timelines, prerequisites, and next steps to ensure successful project; monitor project status through the project life cycle
  • Providing and managing effective and efficient scheduling of all Security Team professional services such that optimal resource utilization and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Identifying project risks and prepares for contingencies
  • Resolving project issues by working with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate
  • Using systems and tools provided for effective project management execution, and identifying opportunities for enhanced process or protocol


Requirements


Requirements: Applicants considered for this position are required to be a legal citizen of the United States.


What You Bring To This Position


  • Associate's degree in related field required, or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience
  • 2-3 years of project management or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions or as part of a cross-functional team.
  • CAPM preferred
  • Proficient with Financial Force, file sharing and management software as well as all Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Ability to discuss FRSecure products and services in terms of project planning and deliverables
  • Strong critical thinking skills & ability to identify and solve problems of moderate scope & complexity.
  • Excellent internal and external verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to actively contribute to continuous process improvement


Salary


FRSecure believes in and operates with equitable hiring practices. The estimated starting salary range for this position is between $50,000-60,000, not including any bonus, incentive commission, or benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the defined salary range for the position across the United States. Within the range, pay offered is determined by a variety of factors that include but are not limited to, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
