- Solicit, review, implement, and promote process and product quality
- Plan, implement, and monitor manufacturing operations to meet scheduled production volume requirements.

- To diligently work on, and strive for operational efficiency through Profit Improvement Programs, Cost Improvement Programs, McCain Quality Performance, and other mechanisms for cost improvement.
- Appraise Supervisor performance and provide development guidance.
