Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Ensure Customer Satisfaction: The Operations Manager is completely responsible for all night operations duties. including a strong commitment to Customer Satisfaction through:


  • Oversight of our Quality Control Programs
  • Regularly performing spot inspections on accounts to ensure quality work
  • Managing customer concerns
  • Quality Control
  • Maintain awareness of heavy work schedules
  • Working with night operations Supervisors to ensure quality thorough development of leadership staff.
  • Account Knowledge



Employee Job Satisfaction: The Operations Manager is responsible to build, train, and lead a team of qualified employees to assure the satisfaction of current Customers and for anticipated growth ensure every employee is equipped to maximize their opportunity. The Job Satisfaction of our employees is crucial to the future of this company. The way we treat employees with respect, train and develop them and help to direct their development, impacts both the lives of the customers we serve as well as the employees who depend on Environment Control. This position will ensure Employee Job Satisfaction through:


  • Supervision of the Supply Department overseeing Health and Safety practices of the company.
  • Administration and Reporting of task sheets, inspection reports, heavy work requests, labor costs, staffing needs, customer requests,
  • Supervision of Company Training
  • Ensuring of nightly routine coverage
  • Supervisor and Senior Foreman supervision, motivation, development training, and re-training
  • Employee Relations



Company Growth and Profit: The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the company runs efficiently including: labor control, management of chemicals, and supplies and operational efficiency. The Night Operations Supervisor will strive to maximize company growth and profit through:


  • Monitoring of chemical and supply use
  • Approving all initial budgets.
  • Advising the Corporate President of the need for special services, resale of supplies, and billing of extra work with current Customers.
  • Daily, directing and assisting Supervisors in promptly eliminating all labor overages.
