Job Description

LVI is working with a small leading consultancy firm that has 75 employees across 4 offices in the US. They are looking for 10+ years of experience in land development who can come in as an Operations Manager based in their Dallas, TX office.


They have around 15 employees in their Dallas office where they are working on 50% of single-family and multi-family projects, as well as some industrial and commercial projects.

This Operations Manager will be responsible for the management, operations, and coordination of all the technical, HR, marketing, and sales, finances.


This operations manager will have the opportunity to develop into a regional operation manager and be able to become a shareholder.


MUST HAVE:

  • BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in land development
  • Able to lead a team
  • PE License in TX
  • At least 6+ years experience in Project Management.


Brief Responsibilities:

  • Involved in market growth opportunities
  • Take charge of the whole operation for the Dallas office- ensuring communication through technical, human resources, marketing, sales, and finance.
  • Supporting Senior, PM / PM - providing clear growth paths for each engineer.
  • Oversight of the team - involving planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating.
  • Oversight team development- through reviews of project data, QA.QC and end results
  • Involved in the hiring process, management, and accountability of the Dallas team.
  • Willing to actively engage clients or project tasks and details as required.
  • Able to be a part of the office's growth
