Job Description

Overview


This role maintains and enhances the infrastructure of our client relationship support through managing and gathering client data; helping to update financial plans and other client deliverables; working with advisors to resolve client issues; and other practice management tasks as needed.


Ideal candidate is team-oriented while also able to work autonomously, great communicator, tech adaptable, detail-oriented and has a passion for helping others. Ideal candidate is also proactive, flexible, and seeks to enhance the client experience.


Examples of role include, but are not limited to:

  • Gathers, enters, and maintains client data and documentation in financial planning and CRM systems
  • Work with advisors to support all operational needs on advisory and planning activities
  • Enters and tracks follow up tasks, provides progress updates so the current status is easily understood by teammates
  • Schedules and assists in preparation of client meeting meetings
  • Initiates and tracks ACATs.
  • Assist advisors on various client requests and help resolve administrative client issues
  • Maintains, and develops, where appropriate, written systems of assigned duties
  • Maintains and update client portfolios and firm’s models
  • Review and maintain client information on CRM and other applicable portals


Qualifications:

  • Experience building workflows and tasks within software systems a plus
  • Well organized and self-driven (will be expected to self-manage and meet deadlines)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high follow through
  • Preference given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree
  • Committed to ongoing growth and education
  • Ability to follow and meet clear expectations, favors direct communication
  • 1+ years of operations / client service experience in a RIA
  • Background check required
  • Open to a long-term position and growth with the firm
  • Independent and resourceful in problem solving
  • Preference for candidates with experience clearing through Schwab
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
