Job Description


We are looking for someone with Operations Managerial experience to join our team. With your strongly developed interpersonal skills to increase agency sales using proven sales techniques, you will be able to earn uncapped income, with the only limitation being the ones you put on yourself. As an insurance consultant you will be assisting clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs, preferences and budgets.


Responsibilities


  • Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs.
  • Personal Development is a MUST - We are looking for someone who spends a minimum of 30 minutes/day on personal development so that you have what it takes to develop others!
  • Attend and Speak at Regional and National Events
  • Lead weekly team training calls
  • Track team progress
  • Track and identify areas of improvement
  • Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed
  • Find and recruit key talent to help grow our company
  • Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way.
  • Present and write insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations


Qualifications


  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Must be willing to learn new skills
  • Ability to build rapport with others
  • Proficient In Word, Excel, Power-point
  • Ability to problem solve and work on processes that will help with overall team success
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Marketing/Social Media skills a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a Life Insurance Producer License (or willing to get license)
  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, customer service or other related fields a plus, but not necessary. Full Training is provided.
  • Strong level of integrity in the workplace
