Operations Manager Jobs

You would be leading the GAMMA, warehouse, fulfillment and assembly teams to success by creating new processes and driving efficiencies to support the demands of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Develop and implement an effective operational safety compliance program, including compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities
• Leads, manages, and holds the Fulfilment and Assembly team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments
• Develop long-term warehouse space utilization plans to support growth
• Create and maintain assembly schedules to meet the demand plan provided by the supply chain (including work orders etc.)
• Build operational policies and strategies that keep the organization functioning smoothly
• Collaborate with other departments and managers to improve efficiency and operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations Management experience in a warehouse/fulfillment environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• ERP experience a plus
• 5+ years’ experience managing and developing exempt and non-exempt employees/teams
• Experience with OSHA Regulations is a plus
