Job description:

  • Responsible for the on-time delivery of products and services to both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure that all operational activities are performed in accordance with the strictest standards of quality to prevent non-conformances and quality escapes to customers.
  • Ensures compliance of the HSE and Quality policies and procedures by contractors and visitors.
  • Participates in the selection and training of new personnel.
  • Partners with local Human Resource Business Partner to address personnel matters.
  • Responsible for scheduling, staffing, and participating in investigations as needed.
  • Tracks Technical personnel utilization and works to minimize nonproductive time.
  • Partner with Regional Manager and Sales to track performance of key financial indicators including cost center budget, personnel utilization, pricing, customer invoicing and collections.
  • Responsible for oversight of inventory and logistics to ensure that relevant inventory levels are proactively maintained to fill customer demands.
  • Provide inputs to the Regional Manager, in the development of equipment forecasts that align with overall region and company goals, with ability to drive team to achieve committed performance results.
  • Works with HSE manager to promote corporate safety programs to help create a workplace environment that fosters a positive HSE culture.
  • Translates demand plan into executable operations plan and delivers results.
  • Monitors local purchasing, backlog status, and inventory management.
  • Participates in employee related investigations as required.
  • Partners with HSE to investigate HSE incidents and actively manages all corrective and preventative actions.
  • Responsible for enforcement of and adherence to TechnipFMC Policies and Procedures, as well as Principles of Integrity and Core Values.
  • Manages base operations under general guidance from Regional Manager, to develop and implement strategic plans to align with regional and corporate initiatives.
  • Manages all operational resources and allocates appropriately to maximize capacity utilization.
  • Partners with the sales organization in the services and distribution efforts of the base.
  • Work with sales and asset team to maximize availability of all revenue generating assets in accordance with demand planning and unplanned opportunistic rentals.
  • Ensures compliance with API and ISO guidelines as required.
  • Assist Management in the preparation of monthly reports and internal memos to management to communicate and outline opportunities and to take corrective actions to resolve issues before they become problems.
  • Responsible for developing staff, recognizing high-potential employees, and optimizing workforce shifts to provide appropriate, cost-effective coverage for all required services.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement within Muncy operations and partner with appropriate support functions to coordinate implementation.
  • Ensure management team participates in internal audits, manager trainings, and competency assessments for personnel.
  • Reviews and approves invoices and purchase orders as needed, as well as purchasing of supplies and equipment.
  • As local process owner ensures all operators have all controlling inputs, standards and other resources required to meet requirements.
  • Enforces the standards of performance for operational activities set by the Regional Manager.
  • Participates in the Quality System and Self-Managed Impact Quality (SMIQ).
  • Assist and provide input for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) presentations focusing on value to the customer.
  • Determines and communicates team objectives, performance against daily activities, interpret customer standards and requirements, remove constraints and resolve unusual and or nonrecurring problems.
  • Participates in regular HSE audits and is responsible for the timely submission of HSE incidents into the safety reporting system.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP
  • Must be customer focused with a strong commitment to Customer Success.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must have strong understanding of performance metrics and financial reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum 5 years supervisory and industry experience.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, decision-making, and resourcefulness with the ability to find creative solutions to multi-faceted and/or time sensitive problems.
  • For internal candidates, may not have any active disciplinary records within the past 6 months, or scored a "Needs Improvement" on most recent performance appraisal.
  • In depth comprehension of S&OP concepts and processes.
  • Must be able and willing to travel.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to deal with numerous and changing priorities simultaneously and to proactively address issues relating to personnel, capital, facilities, processes, and profitability of base.
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Must be effective in building relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • PC skills with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software and the ability to optimize the use of technology and systems to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
