Operations Manager Jobs

Shift: 1st 7:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $50-60K annually

• Job estimating with the input from the operators regarding time needed to complete a job
• Forklift operation--a must
• Prepare packaging slips
• Data entry of the sales ordes into the system
• DutiesPerform the routing or machining process for each job--look at a blueprint and determine the process, procedures, machining that will be implemented to produce the desired product from the raw material
• Data entry of sales invoices into the system
• Determine the schedule for the jobs
• Will set up a saw and let it run
• Purchase tooling and raw materials
• Prepare shipments for delivery
• Staff supervision

• No relocation package from great distances
• Medium sized products--can turn a 48" piece. Can mill a 60" piece. They do smaller pieces as well.
• This is a job shop type facility--largest run they have is around 400 parts--one client. The rest are very small runs with as little as 1 part/piece.
• Other DetailsMachines the company has include vertical machining centers, engine lathe, cnc lathes, drills and saws. All CNC machines are Haas brand. G-code programming.

• Experience with forklift operation
• Supervisory experience in a machining setting--5 years
• Understanding of machining process-Product routing from blueprint to final product
• QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED
