Operations Coordinator Jobs

We are seeking a energetic individual to manage the day-to-day office operations of the West TN Home Builders Association. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, friendly, and service–oriented.

Responsibilities

• CRM Management (we provide training)
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Office management

Qualifications and Experience

• Event management experience, a plus!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with members, vendors, and employees with the utmost professionalism
• Proficiency with Quickbooks Online
• A friendly, positive, and helpful attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Attention to detail, quality, and thoroughness

• Salary Range of $35,000 to $45,000, based on experience
