Operations Analyst Jobs

LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the search for an Operations Analyst to join their team. This position is highly visible, working closely with the leadership team to manage and support operational aspects related to the business.

Responsibilities:

· Attend meetings and follow-up on action items

· Manage projects, including tracking, monitoring and reporting on progress

· Assist in decision making through problem solving and data management

· Participate in managing new business development/acquisitions

· Understand capital improvements and inventory controls

· Work with cross functional teams to achieve results

· Provide input on operational policies and procedures

· Special projects and ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business

· 2+ years of related experience in an operational support role

· Strong project management skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics software

· Excellent communication skills

· 25% travel
