Job Description

Infrastructure Business Analyst Position Summary:

Infrastructure business analyst acts as the liaison between the business and technical teams, improving the quality of IT services and analyzing business needs.

Qualifications and Required Experience for Infrastructure Business Analyst:

· Candidates must have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent

· At least 5 years of experience in business analysis position

· Knowledge of IAM tools and technologies preferred

· Extensive requirement gathering and documentation experience

· Experience with ITIL practices and process implementation preferred

· Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities required

· Strong data analytics skills: Excel, SQL, Tableau

· Strong written, technical documentation and oral communication skills

· Understanding of web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and experience with any programming/scripting language preferred

Primary Responsibilities for Infrastructure Business Analyst:

· Providing timely application support to end users and working with other support groups to establish proper integration of business applications

· Gather requirements and create functional documentation

· Design, analyze and implement business process workflows

· Create technical documentation, user guides and conduct user training

· Perform data analysis and identify improvement areas

· Generate and distribute reports

· Assist in release testing
