Job Description
The Incident Management Analyst is responsible for supporting planned and unplanned needs that arise from systems, operator experience, and other initiatives and events that impact the Caremark Member Operations teams. The Analyst must be able to triage multiple priorities with urgency, identify process issues and their root causes, and build collaborative relationships to resolve issues. They will partner closely with support colleagues, IT, and Operations teams. They must be knowledgeable in critical aspects of operations and infrastructure and assist in meeting client expectations regarding system reliability and workflow.
The Analyst will be responsible for providing robust reporting and executive dashboards to leadership for visibility and potential operational improvement opportunities or to quickly identify system or process failures and drive resolution to reduce additional impact. The Analyst is also responsible for preparing and delivering client facing root cause reports with accuracy and on time.
The Incident Management Analyst must be available to support the around the clock nature of the Customer Care organization.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,600
Maximum: 83,400

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

1+ years Project Management and or Call Center Operations Support experience.

Computer Knowledge including Microsoft office products, Windows based operations, data entry and clinical systems.

Education
HS Diploma PLUS equivalent 2+ years related experience
