We are partnering with our client, an international software solutions provider to the Commercial Construction, Manufacturing and Retail industries, to make a strategic hire for their growing US Operations team! Due to the growth of their business in the states, they are creating a new role - Finance and Operations Administrator. Our client is open to someone early on in their career (1-3 years out of college) or someone more experienced. They're seeking someone who looking to be an integral part of a growing and thriving team.

What you bring to the table...
- Software savvy - MS Office (Word & Excel in particular) and QuickBooks.
- Previous experience in a finance or operations role is helpful. (1-3 years is fine!)
- Works well independently (in a remote setting), proactive in asking questions and taking initiative.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, related field or equivalent work experience and education combined.
- Ability to multi-task - excellent prioritization skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial or operational processes.
