Job Description

That’s why we need you, a passionate Administrative Director and Staff Officer who can ensure our highly visible technical program achieves success.

As an Administrate Director and Staff Officer at Booz Allen, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading Digital Battlespace Projects for a U.S. Air Force client. Air Combat Command (ACC) operational and technical leaders will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As a leader in the Digital Battlespace team, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.

You will plan for and coordinate the development of comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs. You’ll conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and program evaluation. You’ll provide management with information regarding the improvement of initiatives and strategic plans. You’ll analyze the implementation of new policies and allocation of needed resources. You’ll oversee the development of facilities, systems, and budget analysis for the program. You’ll plan, coordinate, and develop comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs.

You Have:

  • Experience performing general staff officer duties
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, pay strict attention to detail, manage tight deadlines, adjust to changing schedules, and work independently
  • Ability to edit and write technical articles, publications, and presentations to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and pragmatic information to a wide range of external audiences
  • Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports with minimal oversight to improve overall development and execution of organizational programs
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Experience taking instructions, meeting deadlines, and completing assignments or actions in accordance with established administrative processes and procedures
  • 8+ years of experience with customer service
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working as an advisor to upper-level management

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of U.S Air Force Weapon Systems
  • Experience managing schedules and correspondence, running meetings, managing issues and action items, analyzing information for trends, and consolidating information for senior-level awareness and decision making
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting engineering teams
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
