Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies
  • Process requests while identifying and escalating priorities
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions
  • Perform basic account maintenance activities (I.e. Updates)
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Resourcefulness in resolving minor issues and required tasks
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Research and service inquiries to provide timely, accurate, and complete resolution
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions

Qualifications:

  • A highly professional approach and appearance
  • Editing, blogging, or any form of online or written communication experience is a plus
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • At least 1 year of live chat, social media, or email communication experience
  • Results-oriented, passionate, and shows a strong sense of urgency
  • Must have required Home Office Equipment (laptop or desktop with camera and a mic)
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Ability to constantly operate computers and other technical equipment
  • Experience in virtual work environments preferred (technology and virtual-based)
  • Advanced written communication skills are required
  • Being organized, self-disciplined, and a quick learner
  • Must live within 80 miles of San Antonio, Texas
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Must be able to work between 8am to 8pm (CST) for an 8-hour shift
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Call Center/Live Chat Experience


Pay Rates: $15-$18.50/hr


Starts Monday, July 24th!!
