Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Gather sold case information for supplemental and core products from the field, employer and/or broker through various channels; specific responsibilities include collecting and confirming sold case information and validating replacement census.
Confirm and submit sold case information, including providing welcome package setup and delivery. Ensure that the customer’s intents are correctly represented, and information is clearly and accurately entered into Salesforce for Core and Supplemental products and communicated to internal teams for processing new case setup and enrollment.
Install of group to complete the onboarding experience. Meets with customer or provides them with necessary information to review their contract, pay their bill, and utilize Standard’s suite of service using AdminEase and other resources. Completes onboarding by handing the group over to the Field ongoing service.
Continuous improvement. Brings the voice of the customer forward and solve for the customer experience first in every decision. Collaborates with teammates to create a customer-first structure that enables new ways of working and facilitates clear lines of accountability that minimize customer-handoffs. Takes ownership of continuous improvement efforts to improve processes and solve problems.
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Experience: Five years progressively responsible work experience in benefits administration, new case management, enrollment technology, direct client facing experience required including interactions with brokers/producers and senior leadership in human resources, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong planning, prioritizing, decision-making, and organization skills. Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$71,000.00 - $104,000.00
