Are you searching for a part time clerical position with flexible hours? Do you have experience in A/P and A/R related fields with knowledge of Quickbooks? This local opportunity in Grafton is looking for a reliable employee to be detail oriented and ensure all office related tasks are completed.


POSITION – Part-Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper


JOB LOCATION – Grafton WI


STARTING DATE – Immediate


EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire and Long-Term Temporary


EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time


WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm)


STARTING PAY – $19-20 per hour


BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus


REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience


Everyone has electrical issues from time to time. How would you like to be a part of solving them from the office? Make an impact by filing, answering phones, completing accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, and assisting with payroll. QuickBooks and excel experience a plus.


Responsibilities


Obtain primary financial data for accounting records


  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Compute and record numerica l data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions


Qualifications


Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields


  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
