Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in HR and operations to join our client's team in the Greenvillearea. This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to support multiple levels of employees, greet visitors, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have prior administrative experience and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.


As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and payroll. You will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies, furniture, and letterhead, as well as overseeing all aspects of operations, including human resources.


To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred. You should also have at least 3-5 years of previous office management experience, superb communication skills, and experience with QuickBooks, MS Office, and WorkDay (or related HR software a plus).
