Office Manager will be responsible for performing administrative tasks to support the organization including, but not limited to:
Quickbooks Online - Invoicing and payment processing
Vendor management - Updating company information and remaining compliant with vendor registrations.
Insurance and Taxes - Responsible for the tracking and compliance of insurance and taxes as applicable on all transactions
Program management - Review contract documents for accuracy and file paperwork accordingly for record keeping
Sales Support - Receive incoming calls and distribute accordingly. Help manage scheduling of appointments for virtual calls or on-site visits.
Must be efficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office.
3-5yrs experience in administrative role using QuickBooks preferred. 2 years of demonstrated ability required.
Potential to turn into full-time role, depending on skill set, location, and availability.
Mon/Wed/Thurs - 9-5 - Richmond, VA office
