Tasks
TasksTasksPosition Objective:
An Office Manager will act as a partner & ally to the whole organization by providing support to keep the Porsche Digital, Inc (PDI) Palo Alto office and operation running smoothly. This individual will handle tasks that will greatly impact the Palo Alto office, manage and support vendor relations, secure all day-to-day operations and use organizational & efficiency skills to improve officewide workflows & procedures. This person will also support PDI by creating an open, positive, and inclusive environment.
This position is based at the Porsche Digital Inc Headquarters in Palo Alto, CA, and requires the individual to be onsite in the office most days.
For the position of Office Manager, the applicant will receive a salary in the range of $70,000.00 and $80,000.00.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee building facility & maintenance and ensure everyday operations run smoothly.
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Responsible person for all matters related to Building Management by being main point of contact to the landlord & vendors.
- Help ensure OSHA compliance for Porsche Digital Inc in conjunction with the HR department.
- Accountable for resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Point person for mailing, shipping, ordering supplies, equipment, etc, and general office supplies.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Responsible for managing office services by ensuring all office operations and procedures are organized & maintained.
- Welcome visitors and attend to their needs.
- Ad hoc duties, as needed.
- Set up office space for new hires to include work location, office furniture and supplies.
Qualifications

Associate’s degree in business administration or similar field
Experience
2+ years of applicable experience in an office management capacity, start up environment experience preferred
Skills
- Well organized with excellent attention to detail
- Experienced in managing an office with day-to-day activities required (incl. but not limited to managing vendors…)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Able to work independently, without frequent direction.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Support administration and management teams with ad hoc activities, making sure to create an open and inviting environment within the office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
