The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, knowledge of the senior industry, will be professional, detail oriented, high-energy with a great attitude that is ready to contribute to our dynamic Team. This position is inherent of leading growth and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):


  • Required to development a complete understanding of payroll, invoicing and employee benefits program.
  • Provide Marketing Support to Administrative Team
  • Developing and Maintaining Community Relationships with Outside referral sources and community partners.
  • Management of the Caregiver recruiting and hiring process. Oversee and assist with the onboarding process, including employee orientation, training, and retention strategies.
  • Completing Assessments and Quality Assurance Visits
  • Overall Management of Office
  • Required knowledge of the scheduling process and system and assist the scheduling team as needed.
  • On-Call responsibilities. Including nights and weekends.
  • Management of Client Onboarding and Care Coordination
  • Leading and Implementing Company Mission, Values and Goals.
  • Managing and driving Inside Sales/Company Growth: Prospects to New Clients
  • Coordinate and Manage Client Satisfaction Audits
  • Leading all aspects of customer and employee satisfaction
  • Leadership and management of our prospect pipeline/system.


The ideal candidate will possess the following:


  • Education and Experience in management, human development, nursing or other related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize
  • Required understanding of the Aging process and related challenges
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
  • Personable, friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude
  • Experience working in the home care or health care industry a plus.
  • Commitment to our vision, mission, goals, and team-oriented approach
  • Strong Leadership, organizational skills, crisis management and time management skills
  • Required understanding of the Senior Health Care industry
  • Problem solving, problem prevention, and issue resolution skills
  • Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to Customer Service
