Star Lumber & Supply Co., Inc. has a long and distinguished history of providing products for the commercial and residential construction industry. Star expanded into the Oklahoma market in 2007 with its flooring sales showroom and serves the region with the same focus on customer service that has made Star Lumber successful for over 80 years. We have further expanded into El Reno, OK with the start of the Truss Manufacturing and Sales Division.


We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented, self-motivated candidate with excellent time management skills to undertake the administrative tasks ensuring smooth and effective company's operation.


Duties And Responsibilities


  • Provide support to the leadership, design, sales, and production teams
  • Maintain order workflow
  • Assist with general office management tasks as needed
  • Assist with inventory management and reconciliation
  • Communicate with clients, partners, and employees via email and phone
  • Monitor job schedules for effective and efficient outcomes
  • Timely invoicing of customers


Requirements


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer and software skills to include Microsoft and ability to learn internal software programs
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail, solid organizational, and effective communication skills
  • Two years’ experience in administrative work
  • Ability to work independently or effectively on a team
