Job Description
PURE Property Management is looking for an Administrative Assistant. Come join our team!

Pay Range: $19.01 - $22.36 Hourly


Pay Frequency: Biweekly


Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week


FLSA: Non-exempt


The Office Administrator is a support role for all property operations. The purpose of the Office Administrator is to provide administrative support to office teammates to accomplish Company goals and objectives.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, applicable state statutes, and all other laws pertaining to residential rentals, whether local, state, or federal.


  • Make copies and scan documents.
  • Provide administrative support in rental application process.
  • Process vendor invoices for payment
  • Support branch accounting processes, scanning rent checks and payables.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, ensuring proper postage is applied. Send certified mail when required.
  • Open, separate and distribute daily mail to appropriate team members.
  • Work with remote team members to provide additional support.
  • Greet and assist customers as they come into the office.
  • Maintain proper key inventory, including checking out of keys to vendors and insuring their return.
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Determine nature of business and direct call to appropriate person
  • Assist with lockbox inventory and tracking.
  • Assist in preparation of notices and other communication.


General Guidelines


What you’ll need to be successful:


  • 1-2 Years’ Experience in an Office Environment
  • Knowledge of PC applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong Emphasis in Customer Service
