Boulo Solutions is recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their well established company in Birmingham, AL to work their Executive team handling various tasks. If you are looking for a great culture in a new office building working with a great group, this could be a great fit for you!
Employment Type: Full-Time or 30 hours a week (candidate preference)
Flexibility: Culture
Pay: $25-28/hour

The Corporate Office Administrator is a key administrative support role for the Corporate Office and Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities:
· First point of contact for office visitors entering the building, welcome visitors, escort to meetings if necessary, etc.
· Point of contact for a variety of requests, questions, issues, etc. for team members in the Corporate Office
· Answering phones calls and taking messages
· Ensures that all refreshment and office supply needs are met for the building
Various tasks as requested by members of the Leadership Team; this role will desk in that area, duties may include:
o Managing scheduling and appointments
o Arranging meetings and other events
o Managing mail distribution and other communications
o Record management and filing, electronic or physical
o Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars
o Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and other documents
o Creating spreadsheets and preparing presentations
· The above is not an all-inclusive list and the nature of this role will require responding to a wide variety of requests
Office Administrator Job Requirements:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to speak with all levels of team members, guests and vendors
· Excellent time management skills, ability to effectively organize and prioritize work
· A self-starting attitude, takes ownership of responsibility areas, does not require close supervision
· Adaptability and a servant’s mindset, an orientation that no task is beneath you
· Ability to take a task all the way through the finish line, a deep desire to follow-through
