Job Description

Summary:


We’re a growing Plaintiff's firm that handles a wide range of injury and wrongful death cases, most of which are car, motorcycle, and big truck wrecks.


We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and professional Office Administrator and Brand Ambassador to help manage our Midland, TX office with a client first attitude.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating office and company events
  • Manage the office processes to ensure business is running efficiently
  • Assist with intakes and new potential clients, as needed
  • Work with outside vendors, as needed
  • Schedule appointments and maintain company calendars
  • Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly, energetic, personable, polite, and professional manner
  • Management of phone lines, mail, office supplies, meeting areas and reception
  • Data entry
  • Office brand ambassador for promoting and maintaining a great company culture
  • Maintain safe and secure workplace by following company procedures


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of administrative and or office experience
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping people
  • Positive attitude and self-starter
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn different technologies quickly
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet all deadlines
