PurchRock is an alternative asset capital firm backed by top leaders and investors in the real


estate industry. With the launch and rapid scaling of our latest acquisition and disposition


technology, PurchRock, we are growing our administrative team. We are seeking a highly


motivated office administrator to support a roster of acquisition managers and disposition


managers associated with our companies. We have the ability to buy real estate assets at the


right price all cash and close within weeks.


Requirements


  • Complete One off Projects for Management
  • Coordinate with insurance agents, licensing agencies, etc.
  • Collect, organize and document transaction data as per local requirements
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership and suggest improvements to processes and
  • Managing day-to-day communication with vendors, attorneys, and clients
  • Receiving Mail, paying bills and writing checks
  • Updating checklists and assisting with daily operational needs

  • Assist with daily phone calls and emails to service providers for company-related


property ownership needs


  • Attend to the needs of the sales staff to maintain efficiency in the office
  • Organize and clean the office including vacuuming and trash removal
  • Assist with recruitment and interview process for new candidates and hires
  • Manage and order office supplies


Qualifications


  • Multi-tasking is a must
  • Able to work on your own
  • Real Estate Experience a Plus
  • Able to complete projects without the need for extremely detailed instructions
  • Attention to Details

  • High School Diploma
  • Transaction Coordinator, Office Manager, Paralegal Experience a Plus
