Job Description
: Shift: M-F - 8-4pm
  • International order management support in a German software system (Oxaion)
  • Process service orders
  • Assisting with phones and new Genesys Cloud system.
  • Quote system spare parts orders
  • Order tracking and expediting
Qualifications
  • Processing Credit Card orders
  • Above average computer skills
  • 5-7 years customer service experience within international experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications
  • High School graduate (some college preferred)
Genesys Cloud System Experience Preferred
Ability to read/understand German is preferred but not mandatory
