- Examine and distribute documents and correspondence as needed
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers
- A high regard for customer service and employee relations
- Work on other tasks and special projects as requested
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer
- Ability to support incoming customer calls using multi-line switchboard and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Must be able to consent to a background check
- Must be able to pass drug screening
- Status: Full-Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday (7:30am-4pm)
- Pay: $14.00/hr
