University of Washington Medical Center – Montlake – Rehabilitation has an outstanding opportunity for a OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST 2, Full-time, Day Shift - FIXED DURATION (includes Weekend schedule).
This individual will be responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering occupational therapy evaluation and intervention to patients referred by a licensed provider.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
WHAT’S NEEDED?
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program AND successful completion of American Occupational Therapy Association certification examination AND 18 months of professional occupational therapy experience.
OR
Equivalent education/experience.
WHAT’S DESIRED?
One (1) year of acute care experience
LICENSE REQUIRED
Licensed by the state of Washington as an Occupational Therapist or has a valid probational certificate issued by the state of Washington to practice occupational therapy.
