Nursing Director Emergency Services

Howard County General Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Director of Emergency Services to lead our world-renowned emergency services department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our emergency services department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and leading a team of nursing professionals. The Nursing Director of Emergency Services will play a critical role in shaping the future of emergency services nursing at our hospital.
Howard County General Hospital's Adult Emergency Department has 36 beds, 4 fast track beds, and 5 behavioral health beds. Our separate Pediatric ED has 11 beds, 5 behavioral health beds, and 6 inpatient pediatric beds. This position is a full-time day shift position and requires a master’s degree in either nursing or another field, and must have BSN if master’s degree is not in nursing.
