Nursing Consultant, Program Review
$139,860 - $175,104 Annual Range
Under the direction of the Chief Nurse Executive, the Nurse Consultant, Program Review (NCPR) will provide overall consultation of all nursing health care services for assigned institutions. Develop and recommend appropriate clinical health care policies and procedures to ensure effective compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies for each site. Assist in developing quality management programs for areas identified as needing improvement. Provide nursing and program consultation and guidance in developing outcome studies. Provide onsite training, as needed, and act as subject matter experts for training programs relating to health care.
