Responsibilities

• Verify that recruitment practices meet industry standards and align with the company's objectives
• Searching, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for available roles within the company
• Negotiation for placements and prompt resolution of recruitment-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with market and commercial practices and ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies
• Regular portfolio management of candidates and clients
• Sourcing new clients and businesses, assessing talent, and providing staffing services

Qualifications

• Experience in various sourcing practices, such as direct sourcing, passive candidate searching, networking, and applicant evaluation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer service and consultative sales skills
• 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing and Recruitment or B2B Sales
