The RN Manager Inpatient Behavioral Health will help lead an experienced team through all day to day operations across both Inpatient Pediatric Behavioral Health Unit and CPEP. This Nurse Manager will assist with department staffing, educational needs, orientation, budgeting, resource management, and ensuring highest quality of patient care delivery. This RN Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring all hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld across multiple departments.
Requirements Include

• Active NYS RN license
• Previous RN leadership experience (Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, Coordinator, etc.)
• 3+ years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting (ideally ED and/or Pediatric Behavioral Health)
