Job Description
Position Name: Care Manager Behavioral Health (26-405-422)
Facility: Hospital
Location: 420 E 76th Street, New York, NY 11021
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Department: Utilization Review - 396006
Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (includes a 45 min break)
Pay Rate: $ 64 per hour on w2
Additional Details
LMSW, LCSW or LMHC license.
2 years of clinical experience in Mental Health.
Able to speak on the phone and communicate clearly and efficiently.
Accurate record-keeping and data entry into Epic medical record.
Organized.
