Nurse Educator Jobs

A 250+ bed facility with over 100+ years of service to their community is searching for an evening shift Nurse Educator. The Nurse Educator will have the opportunity to lead and plan educational activities in. line with the hospital’s strategic plan and set goals. Reporting to the Director of Professional Practice, the Nurse Educator will support and evaluate the orientation process, participate in formal classes, and evaluate competence of staff through direct observation and collaboration.
The ideal candidate obtaining a quick interview for this position will hold a BSN however, MSN preferred and general med surg experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a preceptor looking to make education their full-time position. Critical thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and a certification in specialty is a plus.
