Job Summary: Huitt-Zollars has a great full-time opportunity for a Non-Licensed Landscape Architect at our Dallas office. This role leads design teams through all project phases including business and client development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, design and construction documents, and construction administration while maintaining strong client relationships. This position works directly with practice area principals and/or discipline leads on through the above phases of business and project development.

Education: Bachelors in Landscape Architecture from a LAAB accredited program
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support senior staff with site analysis, conceptual design and construction documentation for a wide range of projects.
- Produce graphic presentations and build study models
- Assist designers, landscape architects and senior staff with research
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree from accredited Landscape Architectural program
- Proficient with AutoCAD, and have entry level skills and/or interest in LandFX, Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Lumion, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and other illustration software
- Maintain effective communication with project team members, and able to handle 3 to 4 projects simultaneously
- Ability to work at a multi-discipline company in a collaborative project team setting
- 0-2 years of Landscape Architecture experience

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion
- The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
