Duties may vary based on the incumbent’s education, interests, and experience, but could include the following:

 Assists with access services projects

 Provides research assistance and directional information at the library service desk and for faculty in conjunction with reference librarians

 Updates research guides, website information, and/or teaching materials

 Assists with collections analysis projects

 Assists with preservation, digitization, and binding activities

Performs other job-related duties as assigned or directed

QUALIFICATIONS

 Current enrollment in a library/information science graduate studies program. (For summer work, must not have graduated.)

 Interest in academic librarianship preferred
