The Night Auditor provides record account reconciliation services and reporting. The Night Auditor is responsible for all front desk, and PBX duties during their shift.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be computer literate.

• Must have basic math skills.

• Must be a self-starter, work with minimal supervision, and be pro-active in your approach to problem solving.

• Experience in night audit preferred, related experience such as cashiering, bookkeeping, accounting will be considered.

• Reconcile and replenish front desk cash drawers, make necessary change, verifies balance, etc.

• Prepare check-outs with separate incidental folios.

• Maintains contact with security officer to communicate emergency situations as needed.

• Answers the telephone and provides reception for the front desk which includes check-in and check-out services.

• Assists guests and owners professionally and cordially at all times.
