Nicu Speech Therapist - Clearwater

BayCare Health System is currently in search of our newest Speech Therapist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community at Morton Plant Hospital. Morton Plant Hospital provides highly technical and specialized care to more than 50,000 patients annually and works in more than 50 specialty areas.

The Speech Therapist evaluates and develops plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology. Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for therapists completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Speech Language Pathology students and volunteers.

Certifications and Licensures

• Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Required: CCC-SLP (Speech Language Pathology)
• Required: Speech Therapy License

Education

• Preferred: Doctorate's (Speech Therapy)
• Required: Master's (Speech Therapy)

Experience

• Preferred: 1 year (Clinical Related)
• Preferred: NICU experience 1 year
